In this role you will design, build, and maintain enterprise-scale data architectures and models across the Banks data ecosystem, ensuring solutions are scalable, interoperable, and compliant with regulatory and strategic standards. Depending on level, you may lead architectural strategy and mentor the community, drive complex domain modeling, design and maintain data products, or support documentation and metadata while contributing to Enterprise Data Marts. What the role will entail Design, build, and maintain Conformed layer data marts optimized for subject-area alignment, reusability, and downstream Data Product consumptionDevelop conceptual, logical, and physical data models in line with enterprise standards and regulatory definitionsCollaborate with ELT, Analytics Engineers, and IT teams to ensure seamless data flow across layers using Databricks and dbtApply enterprise data architecture patterns, naming conventions, and metadata capture to ensure consistency and interoperability across domainsOptimize Databricks SQL queries, data structures, and pipelines to enhance performance, scalability, and cost efficiencySupport governance and adherence to best practices in data architecture and modelingContribute to continuous improvement of enterprise data ecosystems through innovation and collaboration What we're looking for Bachelor's Degree in either Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical fieldPreferred certifications include CDMP, Databricks Data Engineer, dbt fundamentals/advanced, or equivalent industry credentialsAt least 4 to 6 years in data modeling and cloud systemsStrong expertise in Databricks Lakehouse, SQL, and dbt; solid understanding of dimensional and relational modeling; familiarity with metadata, data lineage, and data quality management; knowledge of regulatory data handling and modern data architecture frameworksDemonstrated competencies in communication, collaboration, customer focus, critical thinking, responsibility, and results orientation, with leadership skills in strategic thinking, problem solving, innovation, and building high-performance teams What you can expect from joining our team Career development and training opportunitiesCompetitive salary package and benefitsPerformance-based incentives and recognition programs to reward high-performing individualsOpportunity to work with industry experts and be mentored by themDefined career progression paths to guide you in your professional growth
