We are dedicated to powering the future of auto retail with AI, Data, and Automation, driven by intelligence at every turn.Position Summary:The Finance Manager plays a critical leadership role in overseeing the financial health and operational efficiency of Pinnacle Intelligence. This position is responsible for managing core finance functions including accounting operations, budgeting, compliance, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in BPO or Shared Services environments, deep knowledge of Philippine financial regulations, and a proactive approach to driving profitability and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Financial Management & ReportingOversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.Budgeting & ForecastingLead the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide actionable recommendations to management.Partner with operations leaders to optimize cost efficiency and profitability.Compliance & TaxationEnsure compliance with Philippine accounting standards, BIR regulations, and other government reporting requirements.Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and advise management accordingly.Strategic & Business SupportProvide financial insights to support decision-making and long-term strategic planning.Support client pricing models, cost analysis, and profitability assessments.Manage financial risks and propose strategies for mitigation.Team LeadershipLead and mentor the finance and accounting team, ensuring professional growth and high performance.Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.Skills & Qualifications:Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role (BPO/Shared Services industry experience highly preferred).Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, BIR compliance, and financial regulations.Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel/financial modeling skills.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.Why Join Pinnacle Intelligence?Pinnacle Intelligence offers a unique opportunity to be part of a growing and innovative company that is redefining intelligent business solutions for the automotive retail industry.
