Job Description You will be working with our client's Commercial Advisory and Civil/Commercial Litigation team, supporting a Solicitor, Senior Associate and Partner in Parramatta, NSW. Responsibilities:  Providing proactive legal support to SolicitorsAssisting in advice for commercial agreements, commercial leasesAssisting in preparation and preparing for litigationLiaising with third partiesClient billingGeneral administration duties. Qualifications: Amenable to hybrid work setup at Jollibee Tower, Ortigas (3x a week)Ideally some experience working for an Australian a law firm, preferably in Business/Commercial Law and/or LitigationIdeally experience with Actionstep, PEXAExperience in an office environmentAccuracy and a minimum typing speed of 60wpmProficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google DriveAdvanced organisational skillsExceptional attention to detailFriendly phone mannerPositive dispositionEager to learn and quick to pick up new skills Technical Requirements: Should have personal and working laptop/ Desktop, and one (1) back upHas Noise-cancelling headset (for interview and meetings)Back up internet connection (at least 100 mbps)
