Responsibilities: Identify and reach out to potential candidates for various roles using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.Collect and manage candidate resumes and information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Maintain accurate records and stay organized throughout the recruiting process.Support the team in achieving client hiring goals.Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to team learning.Stay motivated to learn and grow within the recruiting field.
