Atticus Advisory Solutions Inc is a leading consulting firm based in Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Netsuite Functional Consultant (Suitebilling) to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

As a Netsuite Functional Consultant (Suitebilling), you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients in implementing and optimizing Netsuite Suitebilling solutions. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the subject matter expert for Netsuite Suitebilling, providing guidance and support to clients in implementing and optimizing the solution

- Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, and provide recommendations for best practices and process improvements

- Configure and customize Netsuite Suitebilling to meet clients' specific needs, including creating custom fields, workflows, and reports

- Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure the accuracy and functionality of the Netsuite Suitebilling solution

- Provide training and support to clients on the use of Netsuite Suitebilling and other related Netsuite modules

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Netsuite Suitebilling with other systems and processes

- Stay updated on the latest Netsuite Suitebilling features and functionalities, and provide recommendations for their implementation

- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks in the implementation process

- Assist with data migration and data cleansing activities as needed

- Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on project progress to clients and internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing and supporting Netsuite Suitebilling solutions

- Strong knowledge of Netsuite Suitebilling functionalities and best practices (end to end implementation is a must)

- Experience with Netsuite ERP and other related modules is a plus

- Experience in configuring and customizing Netsuite Suitebilling, including creating custom fields, workflows, and reports

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

- Netsuite Suitebilling certification is preferred but not required
