Filinvest Land Inc., a leading and trusted developer in the Philippines, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Director to lead our sales operations in Cebu City This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, building and managing high-performing sales teams (both internal and broker networks), and achieving ambitious sales targets for Filinvest Land's diverse portfolio in Cebu. You will play a crucial role in shaping our market presence and driving our continued success in this key region. We are seeking a strategic and influential leader who will: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and operational plans for Filinvest Land's projects in Cebu CityProvide strong leadership and direction to the In-house sales organizationDrive sales performance through effective planning, coaching, and performance management.Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets and develop strategies to ensure their attainment.Build, mentor, and motivate high-performing sales teams through effective coaching, training, and performance management.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and adjust sales strategies accordingly.Collaborate closely with marketing, project development, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and maximize sales effectiveness.Monitor and analyze sales performance data, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.Represent Filinvest Land at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities in Cebu.Expand Filinvest Land's market share and brand presence in Cebu.
