Responsibilities: Sales and Marketing of Products: Markets the Banks products and services that are available in the assigned branchBranch Operations Management: Implements in the assigned branch the standard internal control policies of the bank. Branch Employee Management: Exercises good leadership and ensures harmonious working relationships among branch personnel.Monitoring, Coordinating, and Reporting: Accomplish the Risk Control and Self-Assessment (RCSA) Checklist on a periodic basis at a frequency that shall be established by the Risk Management Unit.Approver: Signs checks for bank disbursements within the authorized limit.
