Whether you're just starting out, or already a seasoned professional, EastWest can help you unleash your potential, and bridge the gap between dream to success.Key Responsibilities:Assist the Sales Team by handling pre-screening, telemarketing, pre-booking, and loan documentation processes.Conduct accurate and timely pre-screening of applications submitted by the Sales Team.Manage telemarketing tasks, including the prompt sending of Notices of Approval and proper facilitation of client loan signings.Oversee pre-booking activities such as issuing bank guarantees, preparing accounts for annotation, and endorsing accounts for booking in a timely and efficient manner.Prepare complete and accurate loan and mortgage documents in line with the approved Credit Approval Memo (CAM) prior to actual booking of accounts. What were looking for At least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.At least 1 year of experience in a similar/related capacity.With above average communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Trainable, keen to details, self-motivated, and is able to work under minimum supervision.Willing to work onsite.
