ECC Collector Associate

Performs collection activities for Auto Accounts (based on assignment) and maintain delinquency level at the minimum.

Observe Leakage Rate should not be more than the ratio set by management.

Performs collection activities through phone dunning and record all clients’ transactions using the Collection System.

Monitors client’s commitment and settlement in Collection System.

Facilitate (with valid request/ justification) check deferment, withdrawal of Post Dated Checks (PDCs), redeposit instruction and other repayment arrangement.

Endorsed account to CRC for field visit/ account verification depending on location or prescribed guidelines.

Ensures that an email inquiry has been sent to Account officer (of the concerned Business Unit), copy furnish Lending Center Head or Zone Manager for those uncontactable slide accounts.

Directly reporting to PITS Operation Supervisor/Marketing Representative.

5. Expected salary: ₱14,000 - ₱14,028 per month.
