Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to manage multiple software development projects, ensuring seamless collaboration with developers and translating business needs into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage at least two IT/software development projects, ensuring milestones, workflows, and deliverables are met
  • Collaborate with developers and technical teams to track progress, resolve blockers, and align priorities
  • Maintain and update project boards to reflect accurate progress and reporting
  • Translate business requirements into structured, actionable project tasks and priorities
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience coordinating IT or software development projects
  • Strong background in working directly with developers and managing project interdependencies
  • Proven ability to structure project activities and tasks in a clear, actionable manner
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
