The Lead Data Analyst role is pivotal in driving data-informed decision-making across the business, shaping strategy and optimizing performance.

About the Role
  • Collaborate closely with Senior Management to deliver and maintain high-quality reporting across key business functions.
  • Gather and analyze reporting requirements to support strategic initiatives and data-driven decision-making.
  • Support Founders with financial budgeting and forecasting models to ensure accurate projections and informed decisions.
  • Build and maintain robust data pipelines, including scripts, queries, and ETL flows to guarantee data accuracy and integrity.
  • Design and implement scalable data architecture and processes for collection, cleansing, storage, and transformation.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of a centralized data warehouse aligned with evolving business needs.
  • Deliver timely, accurate ad-hoc reports and insights to support operational and strategic goals.
  • Present analytical findings through clear reports, presentations, and visualizations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst in corporate, consulting, or startup environments.
  • Highly proficient in Power BI, SQL (complex queries, database setup & mapping), and Google Sheets/Excel (advanced reporting).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based data warehouses such as Google BigQuery, AWS, or Azure.
  • Skilled in data cleansing, integrating multiple datasets, and building reliable, structured data systems.
  • Commercially minded and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments where priorities can shift quickly.
  • Process-driven, with a knack for clear documentation and training to support scalable workflows.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership in a dynamic setting.
