About the Role

In this critical position at HGS Offshore Staffing Solutions, you will be responsible for hospital and/or physician billing collections and follow-up. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to work effectively with payers.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze medical claims for accuracy and submit corrections as needed

  • Verify health insurance benefits and negotiate with payers to resolve disputes

  • Follow up on claim status with payers to ensure timely resolution and minimize delays

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve outstanding issues preventing claim resolution

Qualifications
