Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer vaccines according to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Conduct pre-vaccination assessments, including health history reviews and patient evaluations.
  • Monitor patients for adverse reactions post-vaccination and provide appropriate care as needed.
  • Educate patients and their families about vaccine benefits, potential side effects, and aftercare instructions.
  • Manning the vaccination hub, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming environment for all patients.
  • Facilitating a complete patient experience in the hub, from check-in to post-vaccination observation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including vaccination documentation and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality patient care.
  • Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Participate in community outreach and education efforts to promote vaccination programs.
  • Stay informed about current vaccine guidelines, recommendations, and public health initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Current and valid RN license in the Philippines
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Previous experience in a clinical or public health setting is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to educate diverse populations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required; additional certifications in immunization administration preferred
