About the Position

Our organization seeks a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Management Trainee. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development within our dynamic team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and ensuring compliance with Food, Safety and Cleanliness Programs for their assigned area.
  • They will also be tasked with enhancing day-to-day operations effectiveness of Dine-In and Take-Home Sales Services, ensuring prompt customer satisfaction.
  • Furthermore, they will provide leadership support to Restaurant Managers through client business relations and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Additionally, they will assess opportunities in operations and cost management to ensure sales and growth targets are met or exceeded.
  • Responsibilities will also include workforce management of the assigned store, encompassing manpower planning, hiring, and orientation/certification of new team members, managing schedules and shifts.
  • The selected candidate will also implement other store administrative activities necessary to carry out the business, such as office organization, securing government permits, and preparing store reports.
Key Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a field related to Food or Business is required.
  • The ideal candidate must possess excellent leadership skills and customer service abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are essential for effective collaboration at all levels within the store operations.
  • We seek individuals who can perform well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Flexibility to work on shifting schedules and long hours is mandatory.
