We are currently looking for assertive, dynamic, and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy:

">Supervising all clinic staff to ensure smooth clinic operations of all sections.">

The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily monitoring of attendance, ensuring fast and efficient delivery of service to patients, and coordinating with doctors and dentists regarding daily attendance and changes in their schedule.

">Duties and Responsibilities">
  1. ">
  2. Daily monitoring of attendance and ensuring timely delivery of services to patients.">
  3. Coordinates with doctors and dentists regarding daily attendance and changes in their schedule.">
  4. Collates and reviews all reports of his/her subordinates prior to submission to Senior Supervisor.">
  5. Ensures the availability of accurate and timely results.">
  6. In-Charge of training of new staff on his/her specific role in the clinic, regarding clinic SOP, and use of clinic management system.">
  7. Performs re-training and coaching of existing staff regularly or as needed.">
  8. In-Charge of doing performance evaluation of his/her subordinates for submission to senior supervisor.">
  9. Coordinates with other Clinic Heads for any endorsements as needed.">
  10. Attends department meetings with other Clinic Heads and other meetings as required.">
  11. Coordinates with suppliers of clinic machine/equipment for any issues encountered as needed.">
  12. To render overtime, if necessary, after regular working hours even during non-working days due to workload.">
  13. Performs initial investigation of NFC/NCs or complaints received involving his/her subordinates. Perform Root Cause Analysis and give appropriate correction and corrective action.">
  14. Performs other related tasks incidental to the work described herein.">
">Minimum Qualification">
  1. ">
  2. Education: Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably BS Nursing, Med Tech, or Rad Tech and board passer.">
  3. Experience: At least 1 year work experience.">
  4. Other Skills: Average verbal and written communication, with initiative, organized and with patience.">
