We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Data Solutions Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality data reporting and business intelligence solutions to our internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective data integration strategies to optimize database efficiency and improve data flows across all functions.

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive business reports and BI dashboards using BrightGauge and other tools.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data-related challenges and opportunities.

  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex data issues, providing expert recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in database management, BI reporting, and data integration.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL with expertise in query optimization and performance tuning.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

  • Experience with scripting languages (such as PowerShell) for automation and data processing.

  • Relevant degree (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field).

  • Ability to attend virtual meetings in USA Eastern time zone.
