The Senior Tableau Developer will design, develop, and maintain high-performance data visualizations and dashboards that drive business decisions. This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis, visualization best practices, and experience with Tableau.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable data insights.
  2. Develop and optimize complex Tableau dashboards to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
  3. Design and implement data validation processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  4. Continuously improve and optimize Tableau solutions for better performance and usability.
  5. Support the daily dashboard refresh and coordinate with the ETL team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Tableau Developer for 5+ years.
  • Strong proficiency in Tableau and SQL.
  • Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to design & develop complex dashboards.
  • Experience in Tableau administration & other reporting tools like SAP BO, Power BI is a plus.
  • Tableau Desktop certification is a plus.
