Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Crew Member to join our team at Wbridges Manpower Corp. As a Service Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude and a smile.
  • Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all orders are prepared to our high standards.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages as per company standards, maintaining a clean and organized workspace at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and operations, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally, ensuring that all customers leave satisfied.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed, ensuring that all areas of the restaurant are well-stocked and organized.
  • Participate in training and development activities, continuously improving your skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service to our guests.
Qualifications/Requirements

To be successful as a Service Crew Member, you will need to possess the following qualifications and requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of customers and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow with our company.
