  • Candidates undergo thorough interviews to assess their fit for required positions.
  • Maintains timely execution of the recruitment process, monitoring progress closely.
  • Ensures accuracy and completeness of training records and documentation.
  • Leads ER programs, ensuring compliance and involvement from assigned accounts.
  • Participates in learning initiatives related to labor laws and their implementation.
  • Develops and manages programs within allocated resources.
Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or relevant fields.
  • At least two years' experience as an HR Business Partner in a Food Manufacturing Plant, handling end-to-end HR account management/business partnering.
  • Proven expertise in strategic partnership, employee engagement, and relations, and training and development.
  • Knowledgeable about labor laws, job evaluation systems, and job analysis.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid setup.
