Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice management: Work closely with Sales and Deal Desk teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing for our customers.
  • Collections: Own the collections process, working with customers to resolve any payment issues and ensure prompt receipt of payments.
  • Cash application: Process incoming payments from customers and apply them to outstanding invoices.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in finance, accounting or business administration (CPA experience preferred).
  • 5-8 years of experience in accounts receivable, quote-to-cash or similar finance role, preferably in a high-growth SaaS, subscription or enterprise environment.
  • Knowledge of AR operations, including subscription billing, invoice management and collections strategies.
