Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Event Coordination:
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing's on-ground events, including trade shows, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Prepare and ensure that all necessary event materials are readily available.
  • Provide on-site support during events, including setup and troubleshooting.
Marketing Support:
  • Act as a liaison for marketing tasks, ensuring timely delivery of materials, documents, and resources.
  • Support the management of inventory and logistics of marketing supplies and promotional items.
  • Communicate updates on task progress and project status to the Brand Marketing team.
Administrative Assistance:
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, creating and recording meeting minutes.
  • Maintain organized records for marketing projects and events.
  • Prepare presentations and reports as needed.
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Ensure that all marketing initiatives align with company goals.
  • Provide regular updates to the Brand Marketing team on task progress and project status.
