About the Job:- This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent accounting and inventory management skills, who can work effectively in a team environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining accurate financial records, managing inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing purchase orders, updating inventory records, and performing related functions as assigned.
You will also be responsible for processing government benefits and loan payments, filing, and remitting (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, etc.).
Main Responsibilities:- Create purchase orders based on requirements.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update inventory management software or systems.
- Update the system for delivery receipts based on sales orders provided by medical representatives.
- Update the system for returns based on approved return slips.
- Ensure compliance with Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) requirements.
- Process, file, and remit government benefits and loan payments (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, etc.).
- Perform other related functions as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate (proficient in MS Excel).
- Available for immediate start.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math skills and the ability to perform calculations using computer programs.
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime or weekends.
- Prior experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related field may be preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
