Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Process Manager to join our Global Tender Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing procurement processes, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of tender management tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement processes to ensure timely completion of tender management tasks.
  • Coordinate issue resolution related to the tender being processed.
  • Prepare working documents for release to Trade Pricing.
  • Monitor and coordinate concerns in handling tender management to/from Trade Pricing, Account Manager, and other related parties.
  • Prepare completed bid proposals and submit them to the Account Manager or customer portal as directed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in preparing working documents and bid proposals.
