Visual Content Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative professional to lead the development and execution of visual and creative assets for our company's marketing initiatives. A significant part of this role involves hands-on creation of compelling visual assets, including graphics, videos, email creatives, social media content, and website materials.
- Creative Asset Development: Actively create engaging visual assets that meet quality standards.
- Project Management: Oversee the entire creative production process from ideation to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external consultants to produce high-quality creative assets.
- A degree in Marketing, Project Management, Creative Arts, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within a creative or digital marketing environment.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and coordinating creative teams to successful outcomes.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at navigating diverse team dynamics and stakeholder relationships.
