Bluewater Maribago seeks a highly skilled Chief Pastry & Meat Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent baking and butchery skills, with a minimum of one year of experience in a hotel, resort, or fine dining setting. This role requires a college graduate or SHS graduate with a strong understanding of local and international breads, as well as different cuts and marinades.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute menus that showcase local and international baking and butchery skills
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure high-quality dishes and exceptional customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
• Contribute to menu development and pricing strategies

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a hotel, resort, or fine dining setting
• College graduate or SHS graduate
• Strong knowledge of local and international breads, as well as different cuts and marinades
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
