Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Bataan 2020, Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining and improving the performance of paper machinery and equipment.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and implementing maintenance programs, including inspection and monitoring schedules, equipment checklists, and lubrication and oil monitoring procedures.
  • They will also establish and carry out maintenance procedures to enhance the quality and reliability of paper machinery and equipment.
  • In addition, the Maintenance Engineer will receive and evaluate daily preventive maintenance reports, plan for possible maintenance repairs, and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely execution according to production schedules.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance of paper machinery and equipment.
  • Establish and carry out maintenance procedures to enhance quality and reliability.
  • Receive and evaluate daily preventive maintenance reports.
  • Plan for possible maintenance repairs and coordinate with other departments.
Required Qualifications
  • BS Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree.
  • Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME) or Professional Mechanical Engineer (PME).
  • At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing industry, preferably in paper manufacturing.
