Job Overview: Payroll Operations Coordinator

The Metropolitan Bank & Trust Company is seeking a skilled Payroll Operations Coordinator to join its team. As a key member of the Consumer Business Sector, you will be responsible for implementing payroll operations and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

About the Role:

  • Conduct onsite distribution of Payroll ATM cards, KYC, and documentation of payroll accounts released by RBS-PSID-PIS.
  • Manage activities with assigned Payroll Clients/OWWA Agencies/NGOs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Release Payroll ATM Cards for Key BPO/Payroll Clients (ongoing and ad-hoc migration).
  • Perform KYC and gather required documents for payroll accounts released by the unit.
  • Coordinate branch activities on payroll account opening, documentation, and activation.
  • Collaborate with HR on payroll account opening, financial literacy seminars, and blitzes.
  • Review and recommend process enhancements for improved scalability and efficiency.
  • Conduct Financial Literacy Seminars/Company Blitzes for OFWs, Sea-based workers, and payroll accountholders.
  • Ensure adherence to agreed schedules/processes and promote remittance services for OFWs.
