Marketing Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing clear, accurate and insightful weekly and monthly client reports.

You will work closely with internal teams to consolidate performance metrics from various marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify and HubSpot. You will then transform that data into client-ready reports that tell a meaningful story.

Your primary responsibilities will include creating and delivering weekly and monthly performance reports for clients, gathering and consolidating campaign data from various sources, presenting performance metrics in a clear and digestible format and ensuring data accuracy.

  • Client Reporting Specialist : Create and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports for clients.
  • Platform Data Consolidator : Gather and consolidate campaign data from various marketing platforms.
  • Insights Communicator : Present performance metrics in a clear and digestible format.
  • Data Accuracy Champion : Ensure data accuracy and consistency in all reports.
  • Template Manager : Create and maintain standardized reporting templates.
  • Process Improver : Identify opportunities to streamline the reporting process.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing data reporting or a similar reporting-focused role.
  • Proficient in pulling performance data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify and HubSpot.
  • Detail-oriented with strong attention to detail to ensure clean and professional reports.
  • Able to present data clearly to account managers and stakeholders for client-facing delivery.
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for manual report building.
  • Able to manage multiple reporting schedules and meet strict deadlines.
