About the Role

The Inventory Clerk will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory system. This includes preparing and submitting daily reports, administering monthly physical counts, and consolidating physical records of stocks.

Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and submit daily inventory reports to the Inventory Office Department, highlighting any discrepancies or issues.
  2. Conduct monthly inventory physical counts to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical records of stocks, including making necessary adjustments in count and sales/purchase orders.
  4. Compile and safe keep hard copies of Purchase Order (P.O.) and Delivery documents.
  5. Oversee the receiving and releasing of outgoing and ingoing deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  6. Process Product purchase orders for store stocks and customer from warehouse and nearby branches, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Candidate should have a strong educational background in Computer Science/Information Technology, preferably with a degree.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field would be advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with colleagues and stakeholders effectively.
  • Initiative and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
