Marketing Director Job Description

This is a senior-level role ideal for an experienced marketer with extensive e-commerce expertise. The Marketing Director will lead our international growth strategy and execute marketing strategies to expand into new markets.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns to drive business growth in international markets.
  • Oversee brand development to ensure consistency and authenticity across all channels.
  • Manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze user behavior and implement strategies to optimize website conversion rates.
  • Oversight of email marketing strategies to retain customers and drive conversions.
  • Lead SEO initiatives to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven track record of scaling e-commerce businesses from 7-figure to 8-figure revenues.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of international markets, particularly the US and UK.
  • Certifications/Skills: Expertise in marketing analytics, data-driven decision-making, brand development, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, SEO, and CRO.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing or building high-performing marketing teams.
