Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our marketing strategies and email campaigns. The ideal candidate will excel in digital marketing tools, possess exceptional organizational skills, and demonstrate creativity in executing email campaigns.

You will manage customer data, design marketing workflows, and report on campaign performance to ensure optimal results.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns to engage with customers and promote our brand.
  • Design and implement effective marketing workflows and automations using CRM software (Go High-Level).
  • Maintain and update customer and campaign data using Excel for accurate tracking and analysis.
  • Analyze campaign performance and create detailed reports to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for customer engagement and retention.
  • Provide administrative support as needed to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Excel for data management and analysis.
  • Experience with QuickBooks for basic financial tracking and reporting.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, especially Go High-Level, for workflow design and automation.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail for effective collaboration and task management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is preferred but not required.
