RVC GLOBAL BUSINESS INC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator to join our team. This role involves developing detailed project schedules that include tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, team members, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accurate representation of project activities. They will continuously monitor project progress and update schedules as needed.
This position requires strong communication skills to effectively communicate schedule information to the project manager, including clients and other stakeholders.
A key aspect of this role is identifying potential schedule risks and proposing mitigation strategies. The successful candidate will also work with resource managers to allocate personnel, equipment, and materials according to project needs.
We are looking for someone with experience in project planning/scheduling within the construction industry, particularly in the utility construction sector.
In addition to technical skills, we require a strong understanding of critical path methodology to ensure timely delivery of milestone tasks.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in project scheduling and the utility construction industry;
