Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and highly skilled Research Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research on individuals, corporations, trusts, and foundations to identify potential partners and donors.

Your primary objective will be to plan and execute strategies to discover new prospects, analyse their financial capacity, affinity, and linkage to our organisation. You will also be responsible for preparing comprehensive profiles and briefing materials to support relationship building and stewardship activities.

To achieve this, you will need to:

  • Analyse the donor database to proactively identify prospects and increase the pipeline
  • Build strong relationships with fundraisers and relationship managers to link data and research to prospect approaches
  • Conduct research on individuals, corporations, and foundation prospects using a wide variety of biographical, organisational, and financial sources

You will also be required to manage prospect research related documentation, ensuring that information is maintained, updated, and accessible through all files and the CRM database.
