  2. Transaction Reconciliation: Reconcile financial transactions, prepare reports, and ensure accurate records.
  3. Bookkeeping and Reconciliation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, reconcile bank statements, and perform specialized reconciliations.
  4. Financial Insights and Reporting: Provide timely and accurate financial reports to management, analyze financial trends, and identify areas for cost reduction.
  5. Quality Control and Special Projects: Develop and implement quality control processes, assist with special projects, and maintain a high level of professionalism and expertise.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of 4 years of accounting experience is required.
  2. A strong understanding of financial principles, including debit and credit accounting, is necessary.
  3. Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Online, as well as Microsoft Office Suite, is mandatory.
  4. The ability to multitask, adapt to new methods and tasks, and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail is crucial.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting is beneficial.
  2. Familiarity with tax software like Drake is a plus.
