Job Title: Educational Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Educational Program Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in the success of our organization by launching new educational programs that include coordination and management of tutors, planning and data analysis of program efficacy, streamlining communication with stakeholders, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support regional operations and provide academic services to students and their families
  • Operate in a virtual environment, maintaining operating standards including people, financial, and academic standards
  • Deliver programs and initiatives for our students and school district partners, meeting operational excellence standards
  • Provide virtual administrative support to regional operations, managing class schedules to staff sessions efficiently and monitoring students' academic progress
  • Help ensure flawless execution of programs and initiatives, managing your time in compliance with company and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct conferences with partner program directors and perform other responsibilities as required by the business
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to create standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Strong time management, planning, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities, working well with others and building engagement and trust in virtual relationships
  • Effective communications in virtual environments, proficient in using all communication media
  • Learning agility – able to adapt to changes in work environment, acquiring new skills and managing remote teachers
  • Bachelor's Degree required, progressive career growth, and experience working in a virtual operations and team environment beneficial
