Job Responsibilities

We're seeking an experienced Visual Designer to join our global creative team. As a key contributor, you'll support the design team in creating visually appealing and effective designs that meet the diverse needs of our clients. With a strong portfolio of print, packaging & graphic design, you'll work closely with senior designers to develop design skills and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business success.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing exceptional packaging for the in-box experience, incorporating private label ingredients and outer box design.
  • Managing workflows and executing projects from conceptual stages to final products within tight deadlines.
  • Collaborating with global teams, including operations, procurement, and local market stakeholders.
  • Partnering with third-party production houses and print partners for creative consultations, paper and material recommendations, and quality file maintenance.
  • Ensuring brand identity guidelines are upheld throughout all printed materials and designs.
  • Coordinating with Creative Operations to meet deadlines and ensuring project delivery.
  • Monitoring printing processes to ensure products meet quality and consistency standards.
  • Staying updated on the latest design techniques, trends, and printing standards.
  • Driving sustainability and adopting the latest design and technology trends in packaging.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of the competition.
  • Cultivating clear decision-making and creative thinking to inform packaging choices.
  • Ensuring excellence and attention to detail in all creative work produced and executed.
  • Reviewing and proofreading content for errors.

About You:

  • BA degree required.
  • At least 4 years of experience in packaging design within an agency setting.
  • Familiarity with Adobe CC programs: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software.
  • Strong portfolio of print, packaging & graphic design.
  • Experience with organizational tools like Jira, Sprout, Slack, etc.
  • Understanding of the print world, CMYK and Pantone.
  • Expertise in creating technical drawings, instructions, and specification packs.
  • Effective collaboration with multiple stakeholders and task management.
  • Food and beverage experience is a significant advantage.
  • Driven by creative excellence, highly collaborative.

  • Strong in typography, design systems & visual storytelling.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and set expectations.
  • Technical understanding of packaging development, materials, and print processes.
