  • The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex, global and large-scale software and digital product solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Develop strong working relationships with senior management teams and identify follow-on project opportunities.
  • Plan and estimate delivery work using an Agile approach, focusing on project milestones, resource planning, scope, budget, risk identification and mitigation planning.
  • Communicate project status to clients, resolve issues and problems, proactively identify project risks and make recommendations for resolution to ensure project success.
  • Manage the project ideation process, gathering high-level business requirements, defining detailed requirements and processes into epics and stories.
  • Interact with clients for business justification, funding, scope, and timeline.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of solution/program offering approaches, methodologies, techniques, business development tools, and growing our resources.
  • Manage client relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as Scrum Master overseeing daily standups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, etc.
  • Help develop and maintain core team processes.
  • Prepare roadmap reports for projects to both team members and clients.
Requirements
  • Able to work in a highly client-facing role leading the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex, global and large-scale software and digital product solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop effective working relationships with senior management teams and clients.
  • Ability to plan and estimate delivery work using an Agile approach.
