We are looking for a skilled Cloud Engineer to join our team.

About the Role:

  • We need someone with expertise in cloud computing, particularly AWS, to help us build and maintain scalable infrastructure.
  • As a Cloud Engineer, you will design, deploy, and manage cloud-based systems, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability.
  • You will work closely with our development team to implement DevOps practices, automate deployment, and monitor system health.
  • Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes is a must.
  • You should have strong knowledge of cloud security, data encryption, and access control.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required. 2+ years of experience in cloud engineering preferred.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python is essential.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git is necessary.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, or engineering.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience developing with Node.js/MERN stack or equivalent, 2+ years of core web app development experience (front-end and back-end), and 2+ years of CI/CD and/or DevOps related work experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, GitHub, and TypeScript.
  • Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, working experience with PHP is a strong plus.
  • Security and Compliance: Experience in secure software development and architecture.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective collaboration and communication abilities, and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
