About the Role

The IT Applications Analyst will play a key role in driving business outcomes through the effective use of Workday technology. This individual will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of Workday projects and enhancements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design solutions.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and system procedures.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT administration, analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Time and Absence, and Payroll modules.
  • Experience with ticketing/tracking tools like Manage Engine/Service Now/JIRA.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise applications like Peoplesoft, Oracle, Workday (HCM/Recruiting/Security).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
