Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a key member of our technology group, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications that drive our CRM platform. Your expertise in modern technologies such as React, Node.js, and MongoDB will enable us to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.

  • You will design and develop front-end and back-end components of our SaaS CRM platform.
  • You will contribute to the architectural design of the CRM system to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • You will design and implement RESTful APIs to enable seamless integration between different modules and external services.
  • You will work closely with product managers, UX designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality features.

This is a mid-senior level role requiring a strong understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and best practices. You will have a solid foundation in object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms. Additionally, you will possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on SaaS and CRM applications.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Strong back-end experience with Node.js, Express, and databases like MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development.
