Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Responsibilities
  1. Craft comprehensive test plans to guarantee rigorous testing of software products, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
  2. Identify, document, and replicate reported issues for effective resolution, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  3. Work in tandem with customer service teams to pinpoint bugs and enhance user experience, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  4. Consistently update internal documentation to reflect the latest updates and changes, maintaining accurate records of software development progress.
  5. Report performance issues and contribute to initiatives aimed at elevating the overall user experience, driving business growth through innovation.
  6. Participate in company-led improvement programs and initiatives, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Graduate of any four-year course, preferably in a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills, with expertise in software testing methodologies and tools.
  • Detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with using apps on mobile and web platforms, with a strong customer service orientation and assertiveness.
  • Openness to learn and adapt to new software testing methodologies, including automation testing with Appium.
