Café Specialist

At Paramount Human Resources Multi-Purpose Cooperative, we seek a highly skilled and dedicated Café Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting an exceptional customer experience by serving high-quality beverages and food items.

• Crafting Beverages: Prepare and serve a variety of specialty drinks, including coffee, tea, and other hot and cold beverages.
• Food Preparation: Prepare and serve a range of baked goods, sandwiches, and light meals to satisfy our customers' cravings.
• Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards to ensure a pleasant environment for our customers.

As a Café Specialist, you will also be responsible for:

• Sales and Marketing: Promote our products and services to customers, suggesting menu items that meet their preferences.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
