We are seeking a highly motivated Administrative Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our team.
About the Role:In this position, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, including setting and coordinating project meetings, managing records, documents, plans/drawings of the project, implementing LBL document control system & procedure, and preparing, maintaining & updating table of records.
You will work closely with the Project Management Team, Quantity Surveyors, and Contractors to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Additionally, you will facilitate contractor/supplier billings to follow LBL Process to release payment in a timely manner.
Your responsibilities will also include handling the safekeeping, filing, receiving & releasing of Projects group & project document control system & procedures. You will secure all documents, especially confidential files, and monitor office supplies and facilities.
This role requires strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
