AI Automation Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Automation Engineer to join our team and play a key role in developing agent-driven workflows that automate manual services. This individual will partner with the CTO to identify pain points, define success metrics, and measure impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize and ship AI-first utilities or integrate them into existing products.
  • Debug front-end, back-end, and infra when agents misbehave, ensuring zero tolerance for security regressions.
  • Safeguard sensitive data and track bleeding-edge models, frameworks, and agent designs.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience building and shipping SaaS products.
  • Production experience with AI/ML systems, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration.
  • Rapid prototyping reflex; features in hours, not days.
  • Previous automation work that delivered measurable business value.
  • A security mindset for handling sensitive data.
  • Self-directed and relentless on the AI learning curve.
