Nityo Infotech Services Philippines Inc. is seeking a highly skilled SOX Compliance Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing SOX compliance testing procedures, assisting with ad-hoc transaction testing, and downloading and organizing supporting files from various systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform SOX compliance testing procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Assist with ad-hoc transaction testing throughout the year to identify and address any issues.
  • Download and organize supporting files from various systems, including Siebel, SalesForce, Cadency, and others.
  • Roll forward testing templates and SharePoint folders for each round of testing.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong experience with SOX compliance testing and audit procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to quickly evaluate issues and determine root causes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player focused on team cohesion and success.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SOX/audit environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Advanced degree (MBA or MS) is a plus.
