This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Global Network Operations Specialist. As a key member of our NOC - Service Engineering team, you will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing network performance, reliability, and security.

You will work collaboratively with our global network operation support team to identify operational issues and suggest design alterations. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting network, server, and service issues.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and review network performance, reliability, and security.
  • Troubleshoot network, server, and service issues.
  • Identify operational issues and suggest design alterations.
  • Work within a distributed global network operation support team.
  • Schedule network maintenance and upgrades as needed.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in networking and server engineering. You will also need to possess certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+, Server+, Linux+, Cloud+, or Security+.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment and must be able to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
