Job Overview

As a key player in our marketing and branding efforts, we are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to drive creative visual solutions for various sports and recreation portfolios.

This role involves crafting compelling visuals across digital and print channels, upholding brand integrity, and delivering engaging designs that elevate leisure and facility management experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate marketing briefs into effective graphic design solutions, demonstrating expertise in translating business objectives into impactful visual communications.
  • Produce high-quality marketing collateral for online, print, social media, email/CRM, and mobile apps, showcasing exceptional design skills and attention to detail.
  • Maintain brand consistency in all outputs and manage image and job libraries for organized asset storage, ensuring seamless collaboration among team members.
  • Design professional reports and tender documents aligned with brand standards, consistently meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of relevant design experience, with a proven track record of producing high-impact visual content.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Premier Pro, Illustrator, and InDesign, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Recent qualification in Graphic Design or a related discipline, such as Visual Communications or Fine Arts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex design concepts into clear, concise language.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, with strong time management, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
