Job Description

The Asset and Liability Management (ALM) Tribe at ING Hubs Philippines is seeking a Customer Journey Expert to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in having a deeper understanding of the QRM, investigating issues and explaining the figures in the system.

This role requires strong knowledge of risk management methodology and ability to break down NPV and NII measures into risk factors. You should have 3+ years of experience in ALM and/or Interest Rate Risk Management and good working knowledge of any ALM software such as QRM, Fusion Risk, OneSumX, Moody's Analytics.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Single point of contact for risk managers from various ING entities around the globe.
  • Second-line support for monthly processes.
  • Investigation to address queries from ING entities & solution recommendations.
  • Implementation of location-specific requirements onto QRM, providing a description of the change and test evidence.
  • Safety guardian of the IRRBB metrics.
  • Foster automation of existing processes.

Key Capabilities/Experience:

  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders such as local risk management departments, finance, data teams, UAT teams, and model developer.
  • Enjoys working in an international team and environment.
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup (onsite: One Ayala Tower, Makati) and flexible with shift (mid-shift).
