  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with portfolio CEOs to gather metrics and monitor the performance of portfolio companies.
  • Project Management: Manage partner projects, brand/marketing initiatives, and events, ensuring successful execution and delivery.

You should possess the following qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of related working experience dealing with foreign nationals.
  • A proven track record of successfully supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate data and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Amenability to US Night Shift (Pacific Time) work schedule.
  • The ability to work up to 4 hours per day.
  • Availability to start immediately with available NBI and Fit to Work clearances.
