This role involves monitoring Accounts Receivables and other Credit & Collection processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Daily validation and preparation of Statements of Accounting/Billing Invoices
  2. Weekly remittance processing and reconciliation
  3. Monthly BIR 2307 encoding and reconciliation
  4. Issuance and endorsement of OR/Collection Receipts
  5. Preparation of monthly reports - SOA summary, remittance report, OR summary, POS sales report, aging report, and other C&C related reports as necessary
  6. Annual hard copy consolidation and filing (SOA/BI, OR/CR, 2307)

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a four-year course with a strong accounting background
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications; advanced knowledge of MS Excel preferred; ability to collaborate with the team
  • Experience: Proven experience in handling receivables and/or accounting functions; knowledge of A/R systems a plus
